Email Allowlist Instructions
Make sure future emails from Mark Hood arrive in your inbox instead of spam or junk.
If you signed up for my newsletter, the most important first step is simple: if the welcome email lands in spam or junk, mark it as Not spam or Not junk and move it into your inbox.
After that, add [email protected] to your contacts or address book. Most email providers use that as a strong signal that you actually want to hear from me.
Up-to-date provider instructions
Email interfaces change regularly, so the best place for current mailbox-specific steps is EmailOctopus's own guide:
That guide covers common providers such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and Apple Mail / iCloud Mail.
Quick summary
- If my email is in spam or junk, mark it as Not spam or Not junk.
- Add [email protected] to your contacts.
- If your email provider offers a safe-senders list or filter, add me there too.
If you're still having trouble receiving emails you asked for, reply to any message that does arrive or contact me directly at [email protected].
