Draft 1 is now at around 75% complete, 108,848 words.

Writing progress as of 26th October 2018.

This was the final day spent transferring text from Draft 0 into Draft 1. After yesterday’s re-ordering I was able to reuse a few scenes from the previous draft in their new location, but I had to write a few bridging scenes (about 1,000 words’ worth) to join them up, and a good few did get cut out too.

This took about 3 hours today, slightly longer than yesterday as it was a more complex task to fit in these scenes without creating inconsistencies.

13,911 words are now in the draft that were not yesterday. I’ve now run out of old words!
